My journey into the world of psychology began with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology  from California Coast University, where I acquired a solid academic grounding. But my true learning has been an ongoing process, driven by a passion to understand the depths of the human mind.

My quest for knowledge led me to University of Liverpool, where I earned a Master's Degree in Psychology, specializing in Mental Health. This specialization allows me to delve deeply into the complexities of mental well-being, ensuring that you receive expert guidance and care.

In addition to my academic background, I've honed my skills in therapeutic techniques. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I bring evidence-based approaches to help you navigate life's challenges effectively.

My journey also brought me to the world of Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy and Ericksonian Therapy/Hypnotherapy, gentle yet powerful methods that tap into the subconscious mind. Both approaches offer profound insights and healing opportunities that we can explore together.

Having lived in diverse parts of the world, I've cultivated a deep understanding of multiculturalism and the universality of human experiences. This global perspective enriches my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
