My role as a therapist is to be your personal advocate for living an authentic and fulfilling life. I work with you to help you achieve congruence in a way that is tailored-made to your needs and goals. Through a collaborative approach a step by step plan is created to reach, and more importantly, sustain, your current and future goals. Thus, my focus is on your needs and individual goals and on helping you reach your full potential and create a lifestyle filled with new possibilities.

As your therapist, I offer:

  In-person or Skype 55-minutes individual sessions, to address individual challenges and goals. These type of sessions allow me to work with  Adolescents  and Adults from all over the world.

 I combine Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Hypnotherapy, proven techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based approaches to help you develop the skills to help yourself.
